Overview

Varela started with almost no usable digital presence. The business had an outdated storefront, a neglected Google Business Profile that was hard to find, and no website capable of building trust against the many kitchen and bathroom competitors already ahead in A Coru\u00f1a. We rebuilt that first impression from the ground up: a new website, a more attractive hero with motion, animated mascot work, a working contact form, stronger review presentation, and enhanced imagery that makes the showroom feel credible online.

The Problem

The business had no serious digital asset working on its behalf. A potential customer comparing local providers would find stronger competitors first, while Varela looked inactive and difficult to trust online. That gap mattered because kitchen and bathroom projects are high-trust purchases. If the business does not look established online, the lead often goes to a competitor before the first call ever happens.

The Goal

The goal was to give Varela a digital presence that could compete locally and support sales conversations from the first visit:
  • Create a professional website that feels trustworthy on first contact
  • Make the business easier to understand and easier to contact
  • Improve the visual quality of the showroom presentation
  • Support local credibility with reviews and a stronger business story
  • Use motion and mascot work to make the brand feel more memorable
  • Lay the groundwork for future local SEO and lead generation

The Solution

We built the site as a stronger digital front door for the business, not just a placeholder brochure. That meant improving the hero experience, making the layout feel intentional, animating the mascot, and giving the business a clearer path from interest to inquiry. The website also introduced practical trust elements: enhanced photos, visible reviews, and a contact form that makes it easier for prospects to take the next step without friction.

Website Structure

The website was organized around the key trust and conversion points a local showroom needs:
Animated Hero
Showroom Visuals
Reviews
Contact Form
Mascot Motion
Local Trust
The structure focuses on what matters most for this type of business: make a strong first impression, show quality fast, and make contact simple.

Visual Trust and Presentation

For a kitchen and bathroom showroom, presentation quality is part of the sale. We used better image handling, cleaner section design, and review reinforcement so the business feels more established before the customer ever visits the store. The mascot animation and hero motion were not decorative extras. They help the site feel active, current, and intentional, which is important when the starting point was an almost invisible business profile with stronger competitors surrounding it.

The Result

Varela now has a credible digital asset instead of a weak online footprint. The business can present itself with far more confidence, explain what it offers more clearly, and capture interest through a professional website that supports local trust. The site gives the showroom a foundation it never had before: a better first impression, a better contact path, and a much stronger base for future local visibility work.
