Overview

Punto de Encontro needed more than a landing page. It needed a brand, a search-ready website, a way to track growth, and a booking flow that could take a visitor from local search to paid reservation without handing the customer to another platform. We built the identity from scratch: logo, icons, background system, color palette, visual direction, and the website around it. Then we added the technical foundation: SEO metadata, keyword-focused hero copy, image format optimization, Core Web Vitals work, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, robots.txt, sitemap, and llms.txt. The result is a digital property that can be found, measured, and improved.

The problem

Event spaces sell trust and availability. A customer wants to know what the space looks like, where it is, what kind of event it fits, which dates are free, and what happens after they pay. If those answers depend on manual messages, every lead becomes slower and easier to lose. The business also needed visibility beyond one homepage. People search for birthday venues, private party spaces, family celebration rooms, event spaces for rent, and other long-tail terms. Each search has a slightly different intent, so the website had to explain the offer in a way search engines and customers could both understand.

The goal

The goal was to build a serious local acquisition asset for A Coruña, not a brochure that looked nice but left the hard work to WhatsApp.
  • Create the brand identity from zero, including logo, icon set, backgrounds, and color palette
  • Build a fast website with SEO metadata, optimized images, sitemap, robots.txt, and llms.txt
  • Create vertical pages for long-tail event searches in A Coruña
  • Add analytics and Search Console so the business can measure progress
  • Make booking direct, clear, and independent from third party marketplaces
  • Give the owner a dashboard for dates, prices, reservations, refunds, and special cases

Branding and website foundation

We created the brand system first so the website would feel owned, not assembled from a generic template. The logo, icon language, background treatment, and palette were designed to give Punto de Encontro a warmer local identity while keeping the interface clean enough for bookings and payments. The website structure gives customers the practical answers they need: a homepage with the event-space offer, Google Map embed, vertical pages for use cases, important links, a gallery with photos and videos, a dedicated FAQ page, and legal pages for compliance. The site also includes a cookie banner and settings panel so analytics can be handled properly.

SEO and discoverability

The SEO work started at the page structure level. The hero uses relevant local keywords, the metadata is written around event-space intent in A Coruña, and the vertical pages target the searches people actually make when they are planning birthdays, private parties, family events, or small celebrations. We also handled the technical basics that make the work measurable and indexable: optimized image formats, Core Web Vitals improvements, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, robots.txt, sitemap, and llms.txt. Google Business Profile and the Facebook page were started as part of the local presence setup, although those channels are not finished yet.

Direct reservation system

The booking flow is one of the most important parts of the build. Customers can choose an available date and reserve directly on the site. There is no outside marketplace and no basic contact form that leaves the owner chasing details later. Once a customer selects a date, the system blocks that date and price for 10 minutes while payment is completed. That prevents two people from trying to reserve the same slot at the same time. After payment, the system sends automatic confirmation emails, issues a reservation receipt, and generates an invoice for the customer.

Admin dashboard

The owner gets a proper admin dashboard instead of a spreadsheet. The calendar shows every date with its current status: free, reserved, or blocked. If the owner needs to hold a date for maintenance, a private event, or any internal reason, they can block it directly from the dashboard. Pricing is also controlled from the admin side. The owner can set base prices and create special pricing rules for specific dates without asking a developer to change code. That matters for weekends, holidays, seasonal demand, and one-off events.

Reservations, refunds and incident handling

The dashboard keeps a reservation history with reservation numbers, names, amounts, dates, and payment context. The owner can open a reservation to see the details, cancel it when needed, and refund the customer from the admin flow. The system also accounts for the awkward but real part of venue rentals: damage after an event. If a customer leaves the space with an incident that needs to be charged, the system supports charging back up to 500 euros under the configured policy.

Compliance and trust

A site that takes reservations and payments needs more than attractive sections. We added legal pages, privacy and cookie policy coverage, terms and conditions, a FAQ page, and cookie settings so customers know what they are agreeing to before booking. The FAQ and important links also reduce repeated questions. Visitors can check how the space works, where it is, what the reservation flow does, and what to expect after payment before contacting the owner.

The result

Punto de Encontro now has the base of a complete local digital operation: a brand, a website, an SEO structure, analytics, compliance, a direct booking engine, automatic customer communication, invoices, and a dashboard for the owner. The business can move from search to paid reservation with less manual work. More importantly, it owns the customer journey. The site can rank, convert, take payment, send documents, and give the admin team control over dates and prices in one place.

Build the System Behind the Booking

If your business still depends on manual messages for serious bookings, we can build the brand, website, tracking, and operational flow around the sale.
